Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • The return request must be accompanied by a valid reason, and we may require photos or video evidence.

  • Items not eligible for return include perishable goods, personal care items, software, digital devices, and customized or made-to-order products.

Return Process:

  • Login to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you want to return.

  • Fill out the return form and submit a request.

  • Once approved, our logistics team will arrange for pickup.

Inspection & Approval:

  • All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

  • Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size and color variations within applicable product categories.

  • Subject to availability, the replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed and the return process must be followed.
