Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Products must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
The return request must be accompanied by a valid reason, and we may require photos or video evidence.
Items not eligible for return include perishable goods, personal care items, software, digital devices, and customized or made-to-order products.
Return Process:
Login to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you want to return.
Fill out the return form and submit a request.
Once approved, our logistics team will arrange for pickup.
Inspection & Approval:
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for size and color variations within applicable product categories.
Subject to availability, the replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed and the return process must be followed.
